Customer-Built Stands on Raw Space

For this option of participation, exhibitors will be given uncarpeted raw floor space only. They have to design and construct their own booths and adhere to the rules & regulations of the Fair aforementioned and other rules and regulations Which organizers have stipulated before or during the fair.

The organizers can also provide the exsibitors design /construction services for custom-built booths on raw space. You can contact the organizing committee of the fair for design proposals /quotations.

Plans and design proposals must be submitted to the organizers (fax: 0086-755-82949700) for approval not later than June 10,2008. Drawings submitted must be to a reasonable of not less than 1:100 in full dimensions and must containinformation such as floor plan, stand elevation, electrical fittings, colors and materials to be used , audio-visual equipment to be used, etc.

No stand decoration, stand fittings or exhibits shall exceed 6.5 metres in height unless prior approval has been made by the organizers.

The organizers may require amendments or variations to the design plans or proposals before approving or may withhold approval at their discretion.

No custom-built stand shall be permitted at the fair unless the organizers have approved the plans and design proposals in writing.

The official contractor appointed by the organizers shall only carry out all the electrical work at the exhibitors' expense. Design plans or proposals for electrical installations must be submitted to the organizers for approval together with aforementioned stand design proposal before June 10,2008. Electricity can be supplied 220 volt (+6%), single phase, 50hz or 380 volt (+6%), three phase,50hz..

Raw space exhibitors may appoint any competent local stand contractor to design and construct their booths, but all the rules and regulations concerned must be abided by. Organizers reserve the right to with hold granting approval to any contractor appointed by the exhibitor concerned without giving any reason.

Exhibitors requiring assistance in appointing stand contractors should contact the organizers' office.

All the raw space exhibitors are required to ensure that their raw space sites are clear off any bulky or large rubbish after the Fair. If their exhibition sites are, upon the organizers' view, not clear of any rubbish, the exhibitors will be required to pay refuse disposal fee of RMB3000.
